Summary: The main purpose of the position is to define critical markets and grow sales of existing and new customers in the assigned territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts and deal with existing business challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: ·Achieve company goals including revenue, unit sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share. ·Develop, growth or create new business opportunities jointly with accounts across project life cycle (Design In, Design Win, SOP, MP, EOL) ·Solve customer complain with internal team (Quality, FAE, PM) to provide best in class service ·Extends and expands sale of products and services as relationships grow with customers ·Analyze and research target segments to identify best customer opportunities for winning and utilize company resources to close new business and establish sustainable relationships with acceptable profitability. ·Provide management with required sales contact reports, customer updates and tracking information. CRM tool management with regular updates and report out ·Ensure strong implementation of strategies and tactics. Alignment with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, on Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Customer Service levels and Accounts Receivable Skills ·Account planning – Able to develop strategies to conquest and grow business, formulate marketing plans, identify support needs, and measure progress. Understands what strategies need to be put in place to strengthen customer relationships. ·Manage customer relationships – Manages customer interactions and relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Consistently demonstrates ability to establish rapport, meet commitments, and develop effective working relationships with customers. ·Financial understanding – Ability to analyze data and perform basic calculations such as gross and net margins, price elasticity, and breakeven. Able to formulate a business case to support an idea. ·Product - Able to represent the features and benefits to sell the products. Able to recognize customer needs and suggest product applications to solve problems and create benefits for the customer. Able to communicate these feature/benefits effectively and persuasively.
