Job Summary: The Infrastructure Solution Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems from solution level. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of infrastructure implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Develop and implement infrastructure solutions following strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and performance.
61 Working with DM, PM and team members, providing solution and support to ensure successful project delivery.
61 Oversee the monitoring of infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance, addressing issues proactively.
61 Collaborate with stakeholders, IT & Security teams to address security controls gaps and ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures.
61 Produce and maintain project documentation in line with project processes and communicate project goals to stakeholders.
61 Establish and maintain strong relationships with team managers and project teams to ensure ongoing commitment, collaboration, and coordination of resources.

Qualifications:
61 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
61 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure solution, with a proven track record of complex projects solution.
61 Preferred having working experience in leading Internet enterprise (BAT, Pinduoduo, Douyin, … …)
61 Strong understanding of infra, networking, server technologies solutions.
61 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively.
61 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
61 Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
