A Day in The Life Establish and maintain the high-quality channel resources of the company's products, carry out daily maintenance and management of channels, take charge of the overall implementation of investment promotion, coordinate resources of various departments, formulate investment promotion plans and promote the completion of targets. Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for channel development within the designated region, consolidating and cultivating regional dealer resources, and assisting the sales team in achieving their objectives for channel resource expansion. Overseeing daily operations of dealers, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and contracts, assessing client business performance based on market conditions, and promptly devising effective strategies for business adjustments.
Day to day support as follows: Aligning with the national channel sales strategy and real-time sales requirements, conducting routine visits and maintenance for existing and new dealers, participating in business negotiations with channel clients, and driving the achievement of sales targets. Establishing an efficient communication and feedback mechanism with business units, being well-versed in the business models and distribution channels of high-value medical consumables, handling various channel-related administrative tasks, and closely collaborating with the sales team logistics platforms to guarantee the healthy operation of channel business.
