Main Objectives / Area of impact / Influence on business and organisation : Control, planning and development of the ViClean APAC portfolio in cooperation with the ViClean Trio Team. Ensuring the defined marketing, sales and communication strategy in compliance with the given sales, cost and profit targets. Main Position Tasks : 1. Portfolio strategy and Mid-long-term plan Participate in strategic planning to formulate the company's future direction for ViClean in APAC countries in cooperation with the ViClean Trio Team and local PM & Sales team Align ViClean product strategy to the APAC business strategy Understand and have insight on changing market dynamics and translate them into actionable strategy Identify Unique selling points for ViClean that will drive successful marketing strategy and quantify the impact of spending on the success 2. New Product Development 84 Synchronize the development of ViClean APAC models with global portfolio, take over all product and technical specifications requirements in cooperation with local PM & Sales teams Lead New Product Development process for ViClean APAC projects; following the Gate or SRS processes Working with product development and/or Purchasing teams on idea/concept initiation and agree on strategy Develop and implement launch plan jointly with cross functional teams Launch new product and conduct post launch evaluation 3. Market & Competitor Monitoring Observation of market and trend development; Target group, competition and sales analysis Use market research tools both qualitative and quantitative to measure market demand, customer needs and competitive position 4.Portfolio and product lifecycle management 84 Lifecycle Management including plan tracking and review of plan achievement, innovation and action planning, coordination and control in close cooperation with local PM, Sales and SCM; Definition of the requirements and sales forecasts Joint concept development and continuous coordination with product development APAC, purchasing APAC and ViClean Trio Team 5. Teamwork Implement the strategy to achieve pre-set objectives as determined by the marketing plan Define and accompany commercialisation (incl. distribution) together with local PM, marketing & sales of APAC Support exhibitions, printed promotions and electronic promotions such as web sites and social media for the ViClean category in co-operation with marketing communication APAC Required Qualification Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-commerce, business, or related fields. Type and length of necessary job experience : At least 2-3 years’ experience in brand/product management; especially in Integrated Toilet or Electronic Bidet Seat is a plus Strong commercial, trade marketing & financial planning skills Good analytical, creative, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated and self-starter, be well capable of solving complex topics/to-dos under pressure Strong team player and communication skills High sense of urgency to get things done Fluent in English and computer literacy Comfortable to domestic travel bi-monthly and occasional oversea travel at least once a year Specific Knowledge (only essential specific knowledge; e.g. language skills if mandatory): 84 Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, SAP knowledge is an advantage Brand and quality orientation Excellent in spoken & written English, good experience in communication with foreigners
