Track, collect and sort out the company's business data, business dynamics and financial performance of peers, pay close attention to policy changes and industry trends related to the company, make regular comparison and analysis reports, and put forward relevant improvement suggestions. 3. Participate in the formulation of strategic objectives and policies for the company's business development, formulate financial planning according to business objectives, assist in strategic planning, etc., and support the implementation of strategies. 4. Write relevant materials, organize due diligence materials, assist in due diligence process, coordinate and organize related meetings and related process work. 5. Other matters arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements: 1.985 college degree or above, excellent educational background is preferred; 2. Background of Party A and Party B is preferred, experience in IPO is preferred. 3. Have excellent strategic vision, strong communication and coordination ability, resource integration and problem solving ability. 4. English can be used as a working language. 5. Have a good professional image and high sense of responsibility.
