职位描述
PRIMARY PURPOSE: 1) Responsibilities for coordinating customer relationships, following up on quotation,
preparing sales reports, and assisting with marketing activities.
2) Support the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes.
3) Assist in account team of joint development projects to achieve targets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Assist the Account Manager with daily tasks and follow up on customer needs.
61 Manage and maintain customer information, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
61 Track the progress of sales orders, ensuring smooth order processing from placement to delivery.
61 Prepare and organize sales-related reports, contracts, and other documents.
61 Coordinate marketing activities and product promotion events for the sales team.
61 Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled smoothly.
61 Handle customer inquiries and complaints, enhancing customer satisfaction.
2) Collaboration with Global GM team to develop and maintain programs.
61 Segment review with team growth plan and align strategies KPI/Target/Budget.
61 Synchronize the development progress of projects globally and locally.
61 Execute and implement the program to local.
3) Deploy PBM philosophy and practices in daily interaction
61 Deploy stewardship and mutual benefit philosophy.
61 Communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner to both external and internal contacts.

SCOPE:
61 Role will assist account manager to achieve goals for SAIC-GM base

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: 61 Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED: 61 Preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: 61 +3 years of experience in a Sales Assistant or related role, with Automotive industry experience preferred.
PREFERRED: 61 Understanding OEM or automotive tier supplier sales/quotation/engineering change process
61 Experience with OEM or Tier 1 as a sales Specialist

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED: 61 Fluent (spoken and written) English and Mandarin.
61 Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
61 Excellent collaborative spirit.
61 Detailed in problem solving and analysis.
PREFERRED: 61 Work proactively and self-motivation, with great desire to win.
61 Very organized and good follow up and work in order under multi-tasks.
61 Solid understanding of automotive connectors, cable assemblies, antenna and modules
OTHER: 61 Be able to work autonomously with great accountability in customer locations
