Job Responsibilities: -Based on the product and marketing calendar, pull the marketing rhythm of all domain products and formulate the annual platform marketing plan 基于产品及营销日历,拉齐全域产品营销节奏,制定年度平台营销规划 -Based on brand positioning, coordinate brand promotion, pull the whole domain, plan and create core events, and help achieve performance 基于品牌定位,协同品牌推广,拉通全域,规划及打造核心大事件,助力业绩达成 -Plan marketing activities based on the promotion and demand of operation platforms such as Tmall, Douyin and Hongshu (3.8 Festival, Double 11, Big Brand Day, Gathering Day, Ace Day, etc.) 基于天猫、抖音、京东、红书等运营平台大促及需求策划营销活动(3.8节、双11、大牌日、欢聚日、王牌日等) -Industry trend insight: master and analyze the dynamics of the target market, adjust various marketing plans and strategic plans in combination with changes in industry trends, and review and summarize 行业趋势洞察:掌握分析目标市场动态,结合行业趋势变化调整各项营销策划和策略方案,复盘总结 -Build a digital marketing model based on global marketing, analyze traffic touchpoint data, and create a closed-loop link for crowd assets 根据全域营销构建数字化营销模型,流量触点数据分析、人群资产闭环链路打造
Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree or above, with work experience in both agency and in-house marketing roles, more than 5 years of experience in market management of well-known brands, fashion/beauty industry is preferred 本科及以上学历,具备甲乙方工作经验,5年以上知名品牌、时尚/美妆行业市场管理经验者优先 - Have systematic thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, team building and leadership skills 具有系统性思维、优秀的沟通协调能力、团队打造和领导能力 -Have excellent innovation ability and results oriented 具有优秀的创新能力及成果导向 -Open, enterprising and passionate personality 进取、富有激情 -Experience in large-scale platform marketing planning (618, Double 11, etc.) is preferred 具有大型平台营销策划(618、双十一等)经验者优先
