Job Description:
61 Execution of FAT, including assembly, wiring and commissioning
完成出厂检验, 包括组装、接线和调试
61 installation and SAT at the customer site if needed
如有必要，在客户现场完成设备安装和现场检验
61 Clearly understand service contract scope
清楚了解服务合同的范围和内容
61 Identify specific technical issues in close cooperation with Afag sales team and customers
与销售部和客户紧密合作，确定具体的技术问题
61 Search technical solution and resolve issues, If needed involvement of technical experts from Europe
研究技术解决方案，如有需要应与欧洲总部的技术专家共同讨论
61 Work independently for service work of Afag products
独立完成售后服务工作
61 Customer quality issue claim and follow up to close
处理并跟进客户的产品质量索赔问题
61 Provide training on Afag products to customer’s staff
为客户提供产品技术培训
61 Issue customer feedback reports, service reports
为客户提供服务报告和反馈报告
61 Keep good relationship with customer
维护与客户的合作关系
能力要求Profile:
61 Basic knowledge in automation (PLC / NC / Vision/ Sensor configuration and parameter changes)
具备自动化方面的基本知识(PLC/NC/视觉/传感器配置和参数更改)
61 Excellent commissioning skills 出色的设备调试技能
61 Good in English and fluent in Mandarin普通话和英文流利
61 Ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China
可接受国内频繁出差

61 Work carefully and meticulously, meticulous and responsible
