This role exists to support the network development activities for CNHi China by providing dealers within the CBU with direction, guidance and support relative to the achievement of dealer business plan objectives and upgrading actions. Within the CBU: - Locally based and sales-oriented support the CBU on dealer network development. - Co-ordinate the management of dealer appointments and changes to the network. - Manage the annual dealer review process. - Monitor dealer performance and identify areas of non-performance. - Propose and manage dealer upgrading actions for non-performing dealers - Support dealers in their endeavors to achieve agreed business targets. - Support the achievement of overall AG CBU business objectives.
Requirement: - Excellent management & administrative skills. - Excellent communication and people management skills. - Thorough understanding of business systems and processes. - Thorough understanding of wholesale and retail business structures and dynamics. - Chinese - English language desirable. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in business or sales management. - Business travel needed - Dealer management experience is optimized
