Functional area/职责 l Explore and develop all the relevant business from key accounts assigned开发所负责的大客户的所有相关业务 l Build and maintain long-term relationship with key accounts assigned建立并保持与所负责的大客户的长期关系 l Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals.按照销售目标谈判及签订合同 l Preparation of quotations安排报价 l Coordinate internally and externally for all services for key accounts assigned协调内部和外部的事务,以提供所负责的大客户的良好服务 l Responsible for following up service status to make sure key accounts’ satisfaction负责跟进服务状态,以确保客户的满意度 l Total business growth on key accounts客户业务增长 l Aggressively achieve budget on sales turnover and profit积极实现销售及利润预算 l Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行 l Other works assigned by company公司分派的其他工作
Requirements/任职要求 l Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历 l Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales or customer service field最少3年在销售或者客户服务领域的成功经验 l Knowledge of fastener products 紧固件产品知识 l Ability to travel 能够出差 l Excellent communication, presentation,selling and negotiation skills良好的沟通,表达、销售和谈判技巧 l Proficiency in Office software and ERP system(SAP) 熟练使用办公及ERP软件(SAP) l Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written) 流利的英语和普通话(口头和书面) l Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-task ability强大的分析能力,注重细节,较强的多任务能力 l Team work spirit团队合作精神 l Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible自我激励,自信,耐心,负责 l Good health condition 身体健康
