职位摘要：
负责产品开发、工厂验证，并根据 Mitre10 的要求与售后部门合作解决问题。

职位职责：
1. 安排预订单样品检验，检查并审核报告，如有需要，给出进一步行动的指导。
2. 编制产品协议。
3. 负责工厂审核及审核报告的审查，包括质量体系/流程/初步道德/社会责任/环境等方面，依照公司的要求。
4. 如有需要，继续进行检查。
5. 与商户团队合作处理客户投诉。
6. 监控不良品登记册，收集并进一步分析以梳理产品改进/质量控制模式。
7. 每月更新测试和认证数据库并进行监控，认证验证交叉检查。
8.与采购团队紧密合作开发新品，（合规检查、标准搜索、质量标准制定等）。
9. 协助审核并批准产品规格/设计图/信息材料
10. 上级交办的其他任务。

职位资格：
1.本科及以上学历，理工科或相关专业。
2. 拥有 3 年以上园林和建筑产品相关工作经验。
3. 熟悉 AS/NZS、EN 标准。
4. 在项目跟进、制造流程、质量控制/质量保证以及工厂审核方面拥有丰富的经验， 责任心强，积极主动。
5.愿意学习并提升技术员技能。
6.敏锐的观察、分析和协调能力。
7.诚实守信，严格遵守职业道德。
8.出色的团队合作精神以及在压力下出色工作。
9.熟悉微软办公软件（Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint）。
10.良好的英语书面和口语能力。
11.出差是必要的。

Job Abstract：
Be responsible for product development , factory verifiaiton , cooperate with after sales solving under Mitre10's requirement.
Job Responsibility：
1. Assign pre-order sample check, Check and review report ,give guide on further action if need,
2. compile product protocols
3. Be responsible for factory audit and audit report review, including qualtiy system/process/preliminary ethic/social responsible/environment according to company's requirement;
4. Carry on inspection if needed
5. Handle customer complaint by working with the merchant team;
6. Monitor Faulty goods register collect and further analysis to sort out product improvment /QC patterns
7. Test and certification database updating and monitor each month , certificaiton Validation crosscheck
8.Work tightly with merchandiser team to develop new items ,(compliance check, standard search ,quality standard establish ..)
9. Help to review and approve product specification/Artwork/IM
10. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Qualification：
1.Bachelor or above, major in Science, Engineering or related.
2. 3+ years working experience in Landscaping and building products
3. Good knowledge of AS/NZS, EN standard.
4. Rich experience in project follow up, manufacturing process, QC/QA & factory audit;1.High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
5.Willing to learn and improve technician skills;
6.Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
7.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
8.Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
9.Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
10.Good command of written and oral English;
11.Travelling is required；
