Job Specifications and Responsibilities: 61 Be responsible for IST service project data management, provide regular data analysis and feedback to support regional business growth, and overall KPI management. 61 Be responsible for service job scheduling and progress follow up with Service Engineers. 61 Be responsible for updating and collating the project forms, including the Booking Number Table, IPS form (including booking time / revenue confirmation time) and Financial Form (IPS Accounts Receivable). 61 Be responsible for assisting in project execution, including processing the quotations, completing the booking shipping forms, local and overseas purchasing order archiving and the manual hours of engineers’ team archiving, and other data statistics and finance duties. 61 Support for service business growth with collaboration with Project Manager and IST Service Team. 61 Team work, collaborate with internal teammates and cross functions, mutual understand other functions focus and take necessary roles to support for success 61 Support to organize team activities such as team building, employee training and others. 61 Assist department to deal with administration as the bridge between company and department. 61 Ensure all activities compliance with company policy and requirements. 61 Any other assignment from line manager.
Requirement: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical, electrical, engineering is preferred. 61 At least 2 years’ service support experience, in equipment/instrument industry is preferred. 61 Strong communication and coordination skills. 61 Strong self-drive, and accountabilities for results. 61 Proficient in Office software skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Presentation etc). 61 Good English written and oral communication. 61 Experience in project management is preferred. 61 Experience in service selling process is preferred, like quotation, contract and invoice process.
