Requirement：
- Degree or above in Engineering, Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience on Textile/Fashion accessories/Jewelery/Sun glasses manufacturing and control processes
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Hands-on experience, proactive, good problem solving and analytical skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven manufacturing & production implementation experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Less experience will be considered as Quality Engineer

Responsibilities：
- Work closely with merchandising team and product development team from initial product development till mass production
- Review samples during product development with merchandisers
- Manage the quality and risk assessment from development, mass production and final inspection
- Set up the quality protocol and necessary testing for the QC team
- Conduct the testing with our internal lab in China
- Ensure that products and services meet customer needs and expectations to fulfil corporate quality objectives
- Manage the corrective action process to resolve manufacturing defect and production improvement with factories
