TASKS - Develop control software for multiple types of systems including transmission systems, steering and other mechatronic actuator systems. - Analyze requirements from customer or broken down from system, and translating them into software requirements and architectural requirements. - Create and update existing software system documentation and other related specifications / artifacts. - Implement software integration or changes on project specific component in terms of all necessary domains requested by standard process of software development. - Vehicle data analysis and vehicle model parameters tuning using state of the art calibration tools. - Handling external or internal concerns according to standard process of software development. - Investigation on software system issues both locally and onsite at customer on demand. - Perform vehicle test including environmental test and SW release tests both onsite and locally depends on the needs. - Communication with customer or supplier on technical clarification. - Work together with system team to help verify and specify of the software system. Qualifications - M.Sc. within Vehicle engineering or Computer Science or similar. - More than 5 years of industry experience within the field of Mechatronic systems for automotive market. - Extensive experience with the development of software for mechatronic systems in automotive field such as transmission tech, electric motor control, power steering or other similar field. - Extensive experience on vehicle testing including environmental test, software release test and calibration activities. - Previous experience with requirements-based engineering, and such systems like PTC or DOORS. - Experience within the branch standards and cutting-edge technology regarding mechatronic systems and other related standards and documents. - Experience in writing and understanding production level code with software languages C. - Good understanding about AUTOSAR and its inner workings with RTE and ports. - Experience in model-based design using Matlab Simulink or similar system. - Good knowledge about software verification methods such as unit-testing, static code check, MIL, SIL and PIL. - Familiar with automotive communication protocols such as CAN/LIN/MOST & Flex-ray. - Familiar with the diagnostic off-board protocol UDS. - Familiar with standard automotive development tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, INCA etc. - Independent development capability with a strong sense of responsibility and drive. - Have a systematic approach to problem solving. - Excellent written and oral skill in English. - Willingness to cooperate and work in a team. - Good communication and coordination skills.
