Duties and Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: 1. Assigning monthly & quarterly budgets 2. Qualifying and profiling all assigned accounts 3. Keeping all account activity updated on system 4. Understanding A2 Quality Process & Value-Added Proposition 5. Meeting in person with key management and buyers at targeted accounts to present the A2 value proposition 6. Updating inside team with post visit account profile details, information and strategies 7. Tracking sales performance by account and re-visit quarterly
Qualifications: 1. Bachelors' Degree or above 2. Solid sales experience in B2B environment 3. Hands on experience with CRM software and account management systems 4. Understanding of sales key performance metrics 5. Ability to address customer requests in a timely manner 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships. 7. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 8. Availability to travel as needed
