Overall: Regional SAP Manager, who will be responsible for leading SAP operations and ensuring that the SAP system meets the business needs within the specified region/country, also aligned with global standard templates. The role requires a blend of technical SAP knowledge and strong leadership capabilities to manage teams and projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire Asia SAP team, regional business resources and 3rd party partner to deliver success SAP rollouts in Asia within set timelines and budget. Develop and implement strategic regional SAP rollout plans aligned with organizational goals to drive regional success. Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining consistency and adherence to company policies across all locations. Guide management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance. Ensure regulatory and company standards are upheld. Serve as the key intermediary between the JSS global SAP COE team and a variety of Asia internal contacts. In charge of budget management and spending control related to regional SAP projects, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years experience in SAP/IT management, having successful 'end to end' SAP project experience. Good understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO, QM etc) as well as the integration with other application systems (e.g. WMS, MES etc) Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multi-site teams, multi-culture teams. Having Automobile industry experience is preferred. Having experience on SAP S/4 Hana and Fiori is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in business processes, SAP solution design and key elements of SAP architectures. Professional project management skills for full cycle of SAP implementation/rollout. Very good Chinese and English communication, analytical and presentation skills. Good vendor management skills.
