Job Responsibilities: As an experienced Welding&NDT technical sales, you take care for following tasks: 作为一个经验丰富的焊接及无损检测培训与认证领域技术销售,负责以下工作: - You develop and coordinate the sales activities in your region, establish and maintain your customer network, using the knowhow and network of your colleagues and sales staff, unlocking the market potential step by step. - 开发并协调本地销售活动,并建立并维持客户网络,借助专业销售知识和关系网逐步打开潜在市场。 - You support the Welding&NDT sales process for our services in diverse branches as well as the organization and handling of Proposal,contracts and projects. - 支持不同分支机构的焊接及无损检测销售过程以及组织和处理计划书、合同与项目。 - You cultivate and use your contacts to decision-makers at major enterprises, organizations, institutions and authorities and further develop business - 培养和使用你的联系人,以便连接到主要企业、组织、科研机构和政府的决策者,并进一步发展业务 - You manage projects in coordination with experts , internal and external partners - 内外部合作伙伴、专家一起管理项目的进行 - You support the development of new business concepts and handle innovative approaches proactively... - 支持新业务的发展并积极运用创新方法。 - You implement the corporate organizational principles, processes and standard procedures with respect to our QM system. - 根据QM体系,按照公司组织原则,流程和标准程序执行。 Job Requirements: - More than 5 years of relevant practical work experience in the area of Welding&NDT business development - 5年以上年焊接及无损检测业务发展相关工作经验。 - Familiar with relevant international welding and inspection standards such as EN ISO 9712 ,ASNT,ISO9606,ISO15*14 ,AWS and ASME - 了解如 EN ISO 9712 ,ASNT,ISO9606,ISO15*14 ,AWS,ASME等相关国际焊接与检验标准。 - Familiar with welding and inspection requirements in industrial sector such as automotive, machinery,shipbuilding and steel structures. - 熟悉工业类领域产品焊接与检验要求。如汽车,机械,船舶,钢构等 - Highly organized, self-reliant work style and confident, customer-orientated appearance. - 组织性高,自主自信工作风格,客户导向。 - Strong interpersonal and team work skills - 人际交往能力和团队合作能力强 - Self-sufficient in current office applications (i.e. MS Office) - 办公软件熟练(i.e. MS Office) - High flexibility and mobility - 高度灵活度和适应出差
