1. Purpose of the Job The Sustainability Control and Reporting Manager, APAC Internal Control is responsible for the sustainability control and reporting for APAC and BU China. Budweiser APAC is a standalone subsidiary of AB InBev, the world’s largest brewer. The Sustainability Reporting Manager is to assist the sustainability control and reporting work across Bud APAC countries (including China, East Asia (Korea and Japan), India and Southeast Asia) and other internal control work under the scope of APAC Internal Control. 2. Accountabilities The Sustainability Control and Reporting Manager is responsible for: 1) Consolidate non-financial data at APAC level on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis: - Assist in completing monthly validation for CSRD KPI data points by conducting brewery sampling audit to ensure data completeness and accuracy - Ensure all monthly data aligns with the description in sustainability reporting manual - Support the timely, complete, and accurate upload of closing data into Cognos system 2)Sustainability KPI data analysis: - Analyze the relevant KPIs to identify any anomalies or irregularities 3)ESG control Implementation: - Assist in the evaluation and implementation of ESG controls - Work with various teams to provide reasonable action plans to improve the sustainability end-to-end process 4) External audit: manage external assurance from external auditors for all CSRD-required metrics. 5)Support for Sustainability Automation projects: - Collaborate with the global transformation team to assess and implement automation projects - Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency in sustainability data management and reporting 6)Collaborate with Global and BU sustainability and internal control stakeholders to support the internal control routines 3. Business environment - Internal stakeholders: Global Sustainability, APAC/ BU Finance - Internal Control, Procurement & Sustainability, Legal and compliance teams - External stakeholders: Auditors 4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business or ESG, MBA preferred Experience: - A minimum of 4 years business experience in sustainability reporting, data management, or related areas - Demonstrated strong financial analysis and communication Technical competencies: - Strong oral, written and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - The ability to think and act independently. A self-starter. - Highly developed influencing skills - Helicopter view and strong interest in the sustainability and other matters that might influence - Comfort and experience working internationally and with different cultures - Fluent in English and Mandarin;
