83 Fully responsible for the daily operation of KEC (Kohler Experience Center), including people management, instore merchandising, sales management, development /implementation for marketing activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure creating unique/ unforgettable customer experience. 83 Lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to customers, maintain high standards of product display and overall show room premium image. 83 Analyze the sales situation in a timely and effective manner and communicate with the distributor, sales and the Shanghai head office to feedback the demand for products, and marketing activities to achieve annual sales. 83 People Management and Communication: - Monitor performance of team, conduct annual reviews and development plan - Arrange staff scheduling and work assignment. - Effectively communicate company policies and ensure compliance. - Develop and ensure the implementation of training for all store staff, supervise and motivate staff to provide quality services and establish good customer relationships. 83 Have a clear understanding of Kohler brand proposition and work with show room design and product team to ensure consistent with brand identity and in line with display guidelines and meets the sales needs. 83 Conduct KEC tour for architect and designers, project developers, to promote Kohler Lux brands and strategic product categories. 83 Oversee Inventory management and coordination of goods delivery. 83 Manage store assets and address any post-sale issues or customer complaints 83 Continuously improve KEC performance and work with creative team to maximize visual impact.
