工作
1 与所有利益相关者密切合作，确保符合指定商品类别的欧洲和德国安全要求，并确保其产品质量始终如一。
2 执行内部质量评估。 审查和验证质量文件，如实验室测试报告、检验报告和证书，并准备所需的 质量文件。
3 根据公司的质量要求评估产品样品的质量和性能，并主动识别风险和故障。
4 参与产品质量审批的决策过程。
5 与第三方测试机构请求、讨论和控制测试报价。
6 在内部和供应商方面为商品团队和供应商提供技术和质量相关主题的支持。
7 支持销售团队处理产品投诉并继续制定纠正行动计划。
8 支持团队经理进一步制定质量标准以及质量保证和控制流程。
9 在新产品开发、产品改进和再造方面为商品团队和客户/买家提供支持。
10 根据分配的 ID 执行临时任务。
11 根据公司的质量要求评估有缺陷的产品样品。
12 确保产品符合欧洲安全标准和要求，并保持产品性能的一致性。
13 更新内部数据库的技术文档。
要求
61 持有工程学学位或同等学历。
61 至少1- 2 年相关经验，***在实验室或欧洲采购办公室工作。
61 熟悉 DIY、手动和电动工具及配件、金属器皿、个人防护装备、园艺和园艺配件等消耗品的欧洲安全标准和指令。
61 了解能源效率、EMC 或欧盟化学品要求者优先。
61 良好的沟通和人际交往能力，能够在跨文化环境中作为团队的一员有效工作。
61 以解决方案为导向，注重细节，始终为客户的成功和卓越的服务而努力。

We are currently inviting a talented professional to join our Shanghai office for the exciting role of Assistant Quality Technologist.
The Job
1) Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure compliance to European and German safety requirements for assigned product categories and their consistent product quality.
2) Perform in-house quality assessments. Review and validate quality documents such as laboratory test reports, inspection reports and certificates and prepare required quality documents.
3) Evaluate the quality and performance of product samples against company’s quality requirements and identify risks and failures proactively.
4) Participate in the decision-making process for product quality approval.
5) Request, discuss and control test offers with 3rd party test institutes.
6) Support the merchandise team and supplier for technical and quality related topics in-house and at supplier side.
7) Support merchandising team to handle product complaints and proceed with corrective action plans.
8) Support team manager on further development of quality standards and the quality assurance and control process.
9) Support merchandise team and customers/buyers in new product development, product improvement and reengineering.
10) Perform ad hoc tasks per assigned.
Requirements
61 Degree Holder in Engineering or equivalent.
61 At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferable in the laboratory or European buying office.
61 Familiar with European safety standards and directives in consumable items such as DIY, hand and power tools and accessories, metalware, PPE, gardening and garden accessories.
61 Knowledge in energy efficiency, EMC or EU chemical requirements is a plus.
61 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
61 Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.
61 Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity.
61 Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
61 Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
