华东区域螺杆泵销售负责人 ACTIVITY 1 - Sales 1.Develop direct sales (OEM, Key accounts, Users, Engineering…) 2.Actively visit customers in the region and update CRM datas 3.Maintain and improve high level of service to the customer (prompt and proficient answers) 4.Understand, implement, and manage marketing and sales develpment plans in the region 5.Prospect new customers and new markets 6.Actively contribute to Service and spare parts sales 7.Follow-up offers in the region for all activities of PCM 8.Monitor and supervise all contracts and operations in the region for all the activities of PCM 9.Prepare and participate in promotional activities (exhibition, Lunch&learns, seminars…) 10.Regularly follow-up receivables/pending payments and chase potential overdue. Analyse and report risks associated to a project (technical, commercial, finance, legals…) 11.Select, configure the relevant equipement 12.Prepare, review and submit technical offers for pumps and basic systems 13.Review Sales contract and place orders in the CRM
ACTIVITY 2 - Budget / IBP 1.Forecast annual, quaterly and montlhy turnover for the region 2.Forecast monthy sales in quantity by serie for the region to fuel IBP 3.Collaborate in establishing sales budget for the region ACTIVITY 3 - Market / Competition intelligence 1.Report market trends to Marketing 2.Report competition prices, features and strategy to management and Marketing 3.Report any information related to an other region to the approprite Sales contact ACTIVITY 4 - High level Sales 1.Meet high-level representatives of key accounts in the country and lobby governmental & associations to ease operations 2.Prepare, review and submit technical offers for systems / Engineering and complex jobs 3.Review and negociate General Terms and Condition and contracts 4.Review, negotiate, sign and share confidentiality agreement within the region 5.Collate information and provide the Sales Monthly bulletin to Management and Marketing ACTIVITY5 - Management 1.Support the team with Sales activities 2.Set up and follow-up yearly individuals performance plans 3.Evaluate skills and request the appropriate training to fulfill job description requirement 4.Monitor, review and change the Sales plan 5.Share and comment Sales figures with the team on a montlhy basis.
