质量管理 Quality Management 1. 分析来自厂内反馈、服务反馈、客户投诉等方面质量问题,推动和跟踪相关部门进行原因分析、制定纠正与预防措施 Analyze quality issues from internal feedback, service feedback, customer complaints, etc. Promote and track relevant departments for their root cause analysis and corrective and preventive measures. 2. 分析供应商质量数据,跟踪供应商的改善报告及实施效果 Analyze supplier quality data, track supplier improvement reports and implementation effects. 3. 参与体系管理,包括执行内审,供应商审核。接待客户审核,以及第三方外审。管理体系文件 Participate in system management, including conducting internal audits and supplier audits. Reception of customer audits and third-party external audits. Management of system documents. 4. 支持入库检验相关工作 Support Incoming Inspection. 5. 支持供应商质量相关工作 Support supplier quality management.
产品审核 Product Audit 1. 指定产品的抽检和审核 Implement product audit for defined products 2. 产品质量月报表的整理与汇总 Prepare product quality monthly report
其他 Others 1. 参与ESH体系审核 Participate in ESH system audits 2. 完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务 Accomplish temporary assigned tasks related to the job responsibilities
任职要求 Required Job Qualifications
1. 大学本科理工专业,工业工程、机械及自动化优先 Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering, with priority given to Industrial Engineering, Machinery, or Automation. 2. 二年以上机电制造、自动化行业质量工程师、质量体系、供应商质量工程师经验优先 More than 2 years experience of quality engineering, quality system or supplier quality engineering in mechanical and electrical manufacturing, automation industry is preferred. 3. 熟悉质量工具:APQP、FMEA、8D、5why、Product Audit等。具备ISO9001、AS9100或其他质量管理体系知识和审核技能 Familiar with quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, 8D, 5why, Product Audit, etc. Have knowledge and audit skills of ISO9001, AS9100 or other quality management systems. 4. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力 Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills 5. 良好的逻辑性和条理性,良好的沟通及协调能力,责任心强,能承受一定的工作压力 Good logic and organization, good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to bear certain work pressure.
