Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Market requirement: 61 Actively communicate with global especially Chinese customer center, to gather market trend and customer requirement, then provide feedback to Shanghai hub. 61 Participate in customer investigation, regularly visit customer together with customer center to know and forecast customer needs. 61 Monitor competitor’s market dynamics and new product development status, update reports regularly. 61 Support business development manage to make R&D roadmap. 61 Track and support business development, including solution and successful case sharing.
Product management: 61 Be directly involved in new product specifications and follow the development of new products with R&D and operations. 61 Contribute to the Product Life Cycle: stock management, forecasting, spare parts, etc. 61 Act as a role of knowledge center about product, application and solution, be responsible for technical support, problem solving and product training to sales, after service and etc. 61 Responsible for CPQ product selection and quotation system, including product type updates and maintenance, as well as customer support.
Marketing Activities / Product Launch: 61 Prepare product launch package including marketing materials (leaflet, catalogues, customer value, video), applications guide, documents and manuals. 61 Once the product is ready for launch, the PMM will organize, with anticipation, sales force training focusing on value-based sales approach, competitors benchmarking, market analysis and promotional activities (offline & online) as well as coordinate supporting activities internally and externally. 61 Follow up product launch in collaboration with Customer Centers, following our standard procedures. 61 Support marketing activities such as exhibition, tech days, etc. And lead the preparation work for the required exhibition products.
Education & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred mechanical or automation) · Minimum of 5 years in B2B industrial marketing, must be Automation related industry, or industrial tooling
Knowledge & Skills · Mechanical and electrical knowledge · Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, production methods and industry trends. knowledge of automotive industry will be a plus. · Experience in tightening and spindle applications. Industrial assembly experience is a plus. · Ability to read 2D/3D drawing (mechanic and pneumatic drawing including electric engineering flow charts) · Very strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, World) · Very strong presentation/demonstration skills · English business fluency mandatory (both oral and written)
