入职后，前半年在大连工作，之后回到上海临港新工厂工作。

工作职责
1. Lead whole production quality control process development and continuous improvements from PQC, FQC to Customer Complaint during new project development and mass production period.
2. Lead production quality monitoring and improvement through CIP improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc. and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics.
3. Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and
measuring equipment.
4. Leading non-conformity management and handling, and lead on
rework/disassembly process management if applicable.

岗位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or equivalent years of related experience.
2. 5 years or above manufacturing industry quality working experience.
3. Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit.
4. Experienced background in mechanical assembly in a Metering Pump and dosing system industry is an added advantage.
