Objectives of the Position - Lead a sub-team of customization lab to provide product development, technical solutions/supports - Team management
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities - Manage team KPI and team members’ performance, develop the individuals. - Conduct and optimize team cost on operating level such as overtime, raw materials, application & analysis optimization etc. - Lead the team to fulfill and operate according to company policies, including EHS, External and internal audit, RC, other company/department level policies/procedures. - Provide innovative solutions/analyze root-cause on technical problems. - Develop/optimize products within toolbox; feedback toolbox/technology application window/threshold to toolbox owner/TPM. - Lead/support on high complex quality topics: chronological analysis, root-cause analysis, innovative solution, lesson&learn. - Implement company projects, including MORE, COATING EXCELLENCE, Digitalization etc. - Lead/participate/coordinate cross-department technical/process communication; Drive Lean optimization. - Collaborate with TPM/Account team to define projects and priorities. - Support/guide TSM/Account team for trouble shooting, providing technical solutions. - Technical trainings internally and externally as requested. - Target setting and performance assessment on direct report/tasks; provide and feedback team/individual KPI/performance to managers. - Other assignment by supervisor.
Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or above Working Experience: above 5 years in coating industry Technical & Professional Knowledge/Others: Solid Chemistry knowledge and skills; skillful English
