Responsibilities: 1. Under minimal supervision, performs complex general accounting work for multi legal entities and ledgers. 2. Process owner for General ledgers of in charge legal entities/OUs, prepare journal entries to perform month end closing accuracy and with good quality. 3. Take ownership of accounting reconciliation to ensure quality of accounting books 4. Be in charge annual external audit to ensure the statutory audit of in-charge legal entities completing timely. 5. Be in charge of monthly, quarterly tax filing and assist for annual company filing.
-Prepare tax reconciliation and defer tax accrual on quarterly basis; file monthly VAT tax filing and quarterly Enterprise Income Tax Return timely. - In charge of all types of Inter-company contract registration through local tax office, follow up tax exemption status of fulfillment registration, to make sure all IC payment could be paid out timely. - File for stamp duty and other tax surcharges regularly. - Withhold VAT tax and/or enterprise income tax registration and payment to overseas on trade /non-trade items. - Keep close relationship with local tax bureaus and tax consultant for tax related job. - Keep close relationship with banker to handle overseas payment.
6. Able to communicate with management and employees regarding complex issues in areas of specialization. Explains and interprets policies, procedures, and practices. 7. May provide work direction to assigned lower-level personnel and assist in the review and evaluation of assigned personnel. 8. Read and follow the UL Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices 9. Performs other duties as directed.
Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting /taxation/finance/economics. 2. Accountant Certificate (上岗证) is a must. 3. Professional qualification (CPA or ACCA etc.) is a plus 4. > 5 years general ledger and tax experience in a multinational company 5. Good command of PRC GAAP and Chinese tax Regulation, experience with US GAAP is preferred 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, Fluency in both oral and written English 7. prior working experience of Oracle is a plus 8. Self-motivated, accountable, integrity, change mindset and a good team player.
