Be responsible for the procurement negotiation, drafting the terms of the procurement contract and signing it within the scope of authorization, reviewing the procurement contract, collecting market information and material procurement channels, and conducting investigation, analysis and statistics on the market situation 5. Be responsible for organizing the development, review and identification of suppliers, qualification certification and comprehensive capability assessment of suppliers, and ensuring that the quality standards of supplied products meet the company's quality requirements 6. Establish supply management files and quality files; Supply management improvement plan; Develop and consolidate the long-term partnership with suppliers, and handle the payment plan and supplier settlement approval procedures according to the contract terms and the company's payment process 7. Responsible for organizing the establishment of the archives of the Procurement Department and improving the document management 8. Regularly report the procurement implementation results at the regular meeting of the department manager 9. Grasp the performance requirements and other information of all kinds of products required by the company, timely investigate the market situation, supervise the procurement work, and compare the goods with each other to reduce the procurement cost 10.
