Position Summary: This position is responsible for leading program development of IoT solution in elevator, 61 Lead a project team to develop a new IoT product to fulfill new equipment and service requirements. 61 Manage a cross functional team from different departments/countries. 61 Manage Program Schedule, Product Cost and Budget in line with agreed targets. 61 Has IoT / digital technical background. Understand hardware and software development processes.
Requirement: 61 Experienced in leading program of IoT/digital solutions, covering hardware and software (embedded / Cloud / Application) program working experience. 61 Experienced in building one or more specific IoT or similar industry solutions, i.e., manufacturing, smart utilities, smart cities, industrial IoT. 61 Familiar with agile / Scrum program management method. 61 Self-responsible and structured working method, high degree of customer orientation and innovative & entrepreneurial way of thinking. 61 Excellent skills on planning, reporting, presenting and decision making. 61 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross functional colleagues. 61 PMP/ACP/Scrum Master certificate is preferred. 61 Communicate effectively with Sr. Management.
Basic Accountabilities: 61 Develop agile and cost effective IoT project based on review of current client/customer needs, marketing requirements. 61 Reach out to various stakeholders to ensure adherence to all requirements regarding technical maturity, cost efficiency and support capability. 61 Establish project plans and resource allocation. 61 Present goal and objective to team members and lead them to achieve the target. 61 Problem-solving and conflict management ability. 61 Maintain horizontal/vertical communication smoothly. 61 Manage resources, schedule and program risks to ensure on-time completion of programs. 61 Stay updated about the latest developments in IoT and associated technologies.
Education & Experience 61 3 years’ experience building IoT Solution Architecture and developing projects for a large-scale enterprise-wide solution. 61 Working experience in global company is preferred. Language: Good in written and spoken English, CET-6 preferred. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Tools (including MS Project), JiRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other equivalent agile tool.
