Position Summary The Project Manager is with strong experience of complex energy projects incorporating electrical, automation and mechanical equipment within the maritime segment. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline and scope according to the contracts and specifications.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities -Participate in tendering activities of prospects when required and manage tendering activity when required. -Ensure proper handover from tender team and a proper start-up of the project, internal and external kick off. -Responsible for the entire project delivery lifecycle with full ownership of scope, schedule, risk and P&L -Prepare internal and external periodic reporting to include stakeholder management. -Accountable for project execution in accordance with contractual obligations, project budget, risks management and schedules -Responsible for delivery of engineering, commissioning, and handover. -Responsible for HSE and Quality. -IAT, FAT, planning and execution. -Participate as advisor at Mechanical -Completion and Commissioning onsite.
Wanted Qualifications & Skills -Education: Bachelor or above in engineering discipline, preferably Electrical/Instrument -Experience: 5 years above, prefer in marine/oil & gas/shipping industry. -Ability to work with multi-cultural team and handle multiple projects. -Knowledge of contracts and financial reporting -Knowledge of Project Management processes and change management. -Knowledge of Electrical, Instrument and Telecom requirements for the Marine and offshore industry, prefer in complex power electronic equipment/systems. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Self-starter and ability to make technical and business decisions. -Strong ability to develop relationships with clients. -PMP by PMI, Practitioner by PRINCE2,C-level by IPMA is an added advantage. -Language: Fluent English and Mandarin by writing and speaking. -Travel activities cross in/out China.
