Responsibilities: 1) Provide technical support to customers; 2) Answer customer promptly with updated information on product engineering and trouble-shooting techniques; 3) Build-up an effective link with customer through routine visits; 4) Collect, analyze field technical data, and elaborate technical review; 5) Report to OEM technical-related issues; 6) Update customer database; 7) Ensure OEM trouble shooting and maintenance standards are correctly implemented; 8) Introduce products and technical services to new operators; 9) Participate to dedicated technical training courses; 10) Review repair station shop finding reports and elaborate technical analysis; 11) Assist Customer and Material Supply Department to procure adequate documentation, tools or parts; 12) Attend annual field service engineers meeting; 13) Demonstrate special tools at customer base; 14) Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above; 2) Aviation mechanic & electronic engineering; 3) At least 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance associated with engineering or line maintenance; 4) Former employment with a domestic airline is an advantage; 5) Proficient in using AMM/CMM; 6) Well-versed in MS Office; 7) Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English; 8) Communication and negotiation skills; 9) Proficient computer skills; 10) Responsibility and service oriented; 11) Strong communication and coordination skills; 12) Action oriented focus, active communication; 13) Strong team spirit and learning adapting capability; 14) Cross-cultural competence; 15) Ability to work under pressure.
