Job Duties - Streamline sales process and implement sales control per external/internal regulation, audit report and frontline demands and initiate new process to be more efficient and practical. - Closely monitor sales compliance and make recommendations on improving sales compliance. - Keep abreast of regulatory developments, market trends, and competitors’ moves to update sales guideline and develop sales tools. - Identify the training needs of WPB staff, assist in developing and coordinating training programs/courses, aiming at enhancing their sales competence, sales compliance and professionalism as well as fulfill regulatory training requirements - Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that all requirements of sales process are proper proceeded in an efficient and effective manner. - Acquire more sales, operation, control knowledge / skills through internal training, self learning. - Lead and manage the Sales Process Control to deliver assigned task on time and in quality. - Ensure compliance of sales activities with relevant group guidelines and external laws and regulations imposed by regulators.
Job Requirements - Bachelor Degree, 10 years above related working experience - Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work under pressure and independently - Familiar with product relevant regulatory policy and practice. - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Good skill on office tool - Knowledge of retail products and experience in sales process and risk control
