Job overview: This role will be responsible for product portfolio and communication, new product coordination, market opportunity analysis and product brand communication optimization. Responsibilities: 1. Product Portfolio and Communication: Analyze market trends and competitor information to develop and refine the product portfolio and communication messages. Translate these insights into sales tools that effectively support the sales team. 2. New Product Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to identify new product requirements for the next 18 months. Collaborate with the PS&M team to drive new product launch projects from concept to market. 3. Market Opportunity Analysis: Conduct analyses of potential market opportunities based on industry development trends and the needs of different business units. Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. 4. Product Brand Communication Optimization: Continuously improve the product brand's communication plans to ensure they are effective and aligned with brand goals. Support the ongoing growth of the product brand business through innovative communication strategies. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or a related role. - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. - Experience in coordinating with sales and product development teams to bring new products to market. - Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to identify and analyze market opportunities
