Responsibilities: 1. Work-load distribution within the shift. 2. Assignment of tasks and jobs to each team member. 3. Supervision of the work done by the shift, workers and ACT leaders. 4. Technical assistance to the team and ACT leaders. 5. Check-up quality problems, report them, find solutions together with team or superior if necessary; close communication with UAP manager. 6.Comunication with the customer, problem solving, and if quality is not available, responsible for solving quality problems at the customer, able to stop production if necessary. 7. Solve basic maintenance problems. Report to maintenance problems found during the shift and assist them if necessary. 8. Coordination of internal logistics, material flow. 9. Lead and be part of the emergency team of the shift. 10. Assist new workers with training measures within the ACT standard. 11. Responsible for the accomplishment of health and safety issues during the shift. 12. Report of shift indicators, shift activities. 13. Responsible for the proper compliance of CES, ACTand 5S within the shift. 14. Validation of all MV-stages according to the MV-Standard.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree, Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive industry. 2.Knowledge in product, maintenance and quality regarding the production line and product. 3.Experience in JIS production, multivalence process and team management. 4.Familiarity with 5S, 7 Quality Basics and standardized work. 5.Great understanding of ACT (including structure, communication and visual management). 6.Good command of MS Office and internal logistics procedures & stock, inventory knowledge. 7. Basic English. 8. Teamplayer, communication, credibility and self-motivated and encourage team.
