We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PR Executive for TNF, a leading brand in the outdoor sports industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, communications, or marketing, and will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective PR strategies to enhance our brand's presence. Key Responsibilities: 15% PR Annual & Campaign Strategic Planning ** - Assist line manager to lead the PR agency in the development of strategic communication plans for seasonal campaigns - Brief PR agency on brand objectives and campaign requirements to ensure alignment and delivery of impactful PR plans. - Identify and recommend high-profile celebrities, KOLs, and media partners that align with the brand’s values and business goals. - Ensure that all communication strategies maintain and strengthen the brand's positioning in Outdoor industry. 50% Project Management & Reporting - Oversee and manage retainer work of PR agency, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all tasks and outputs. - Review and approve PR content, including press releases, media lists, seeding lists, and editorial content to guarantee accuracy and consistency with the brand voice. - Lead the agency in generating timely and insightful post-campaign reports that track and analyze the performance of PR efforts. 20% Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, celebrities, and media outlets to maximize positive brand exposure. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., brand team, sports marketing, clm, digital, supply chain, e-commerce, product teams) to ensure PR activities support overall business goals and brand initiatives. - Coordinate with the Corporate team to manage potential risk and internal communication - Provide on-site event management and support for key brand events, ensuring smooth execution and media coverage. 15% Sample Management & Team Coordination - Manage sample inventory, ensuring timely and accurate distribution for media and influencer outreach. - Monitor the monthly PR budget, ensuring efficient and accurate reporting on expenses and budget allocations. - Oversee PO process and ensure all contracts and agreements with agencies, influencers, and vendors are in compliance with company policies. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in PR, communications, or marketing, ideally within the outdoor sports industry** or a related field. - University degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Strong relationships with media outlets, celebrities, stylists, and KOLs, with proven ability to leverage these connections for brand-building efforts. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong understanding of the media landscape and influencer trends, particularly in the sports and outdoor sectors. - Passion for outdoor sports and an understanding of the industry's culture and market trends is highly desirable.
