Scope of work:
1.Work in EPC, PMC or IPMT organization to lead and manage the execution of engineering,
2.Procurement, construction for project.;
3.Management of safety, schedule, cost and quality control of project;
4.Ensure the project implementation meet client requirement and expectation;
5.Coordinate the interface between different parties, Client, contractors; lead the supervision of local design institute's Engineering work.

Job specification:
1.Direction and control (Schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the project management team;
2.Ensure the project which are working to the company procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific addenda;
3.Prepare and review Project Execute Plan (PEP) and other relevant project documents.
4.Regularly review and update Project Execute Plan, ensure all the activities comply with PEP;
5.Review regularly the performance of Project management team (PMT) members, prepare and approve external or internal project report prior to release;
6.Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with Client members, contractors and relevant parties;
7.Ensure good quality of project deliverables from the PMT and contractors;
8.Regularly review contractor's performance of the contract task force;
9.Ensure Project members are aware of their obligations under the Health and Safety Act;
10.Ensure that the Project closes out properly;
11.Report to the Project Director

Key qualification:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in MEP or CSA background, at least 10 years project management experiences.
2.Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control and cost control
3.Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement.
4.Experience of using engineering and project management software for the help of engineering work and management work.
5.Familiar with local and international Code and standard, regulation, and its implementation.
6.Familiar with government permission of the project.
7.Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive.
8.Good written and spoken English, intercommucation skill with different parties.

7.确保项目管理小组和承包商交付的项目成果质量良好；
8.定期审查承包商在合同任务组中的表现；
9.确保项目成员了解《健康与安全法》规定的义务；
10.确保项目妥善结束；
11.向项目总监报告。

主要资格：
1.机电工程或 CSA 专业本科及以上学历，至少 10 年项目管理经验
2.在进度安排、预算编制、安全管理、质量控制和成本控制方面有很强的能力
3.熟悉项目不同阶段的工程交付和深度要求
4.有使用工程和项目管理软件帮助工程工作和管理工作的经验
5.熟悉当地和国际规范和标准、条例及其实施
6.熟悉项目的政府许可
7.责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神，保持积极主动
8.良好的英语书写和口语能力，善于与各方沟通
