Retail Performance 89Overall in charge of daily/weekly/monthly sales report, retail KPI report, store staff performance report, competitor report, to support business insights. 89Conduct in-depth sales analysis to drive retail performance, focusing on identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks across all stores. Develop and implement action plans to maximize performance. 89Work closely with global and local teams to optimize sales, achieve KPIs, and implement effective programs and plans to drive retail performance. 89Work closely with retail management team and Finance on store performance evaluation (e.g. P&L analysis). Operational Excellence 89Create & update SOP based on global and local requirements. Ensure the SOP is precisely executed at store level through training and periodic check. Regular review and continuously update the SOP to upgrade standards of retail excellence, leveraging feedback from retail teams and insights from daily checks and on-site visits. 89Take lead in all new store openings/renovation/relocation/temp stores/pop-ups preparation and opening together with retail teams. 89Take lead in other retail related projects (e.g. remote sale, retail seminar). 89Manage and liaise all in-store events/shopping mall promotions/key holiday initiatives, execution, timing, product needs and results tracking. 89Manage the store service-related vendors, renew & filling the corresponding contracts. 89Plan and organize retail meetings, meeting minutes, follow up actions and results sharing. Internal Communication 89Establish and maintain an effective and efficient internal communication platform among all stores. Ensure all important information are shared in a clear and efficient approach.
