Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for data analysis and the efforts on consumer insights and loyalty analytics: - Use CRM system and database to monitor ad hoc campaigns and overall member dynamic tracking reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis, and responsible for system optimization, improvement and new function testing. - Support on top brand JBP analysis to exchange resource for loyalty program operation and revamp. - Responsible for top store member analysis on weekly basis to provide data-driven operational decision-making support. - Convert customer insights into actionable recommendations to inform business deciders - Monitor and research domestic CRM programs and provide benchmarking data Qualifications: BA/Master, good in English and Chinese 5+ years’ experience in data analysis and CRM related projects Strong data analysis skill with proficiency in the use of SQL server database Strong business sense Proficiency in SPSS is a plus
