Roles 1. Provide highly skilled, diversified, confidential, and administrative support of an executive nature to MD, performing complex and technical activities requiring considerable discretion and independent judgment; 2. Work closely with other leadership team members' secretaries to render timely support and duties as requested by leadership team.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality support to MD: 2. Assist calendar management by meeting coordination and keep assigned managers informed of all activities; 3. Arrange and coordinate for assigned managers' trip including flight booking, hotel reservation and logistic arrangement etc. 4. Provide support to prepare assigned managers' presentations; 5. Prepare & follow up expense claim for assigned managers; 6. Process, circulate and follow up documents; 7. Work closely with other leadership team member's secretaries to provide administrative support: 8. Accommodate VIP's visit, e.g., itinerary coordination, logistic arrangement etc. 9. Support on monthly expense settlement e.g., advisory board fee, air ticket fee, stationary fee etc. 10. Support on internal/ external meetings & activities requested by assigned managers. 11. Other duties requested by assigned MD.
Qualification:
1. Excellent oral and written language skills both fluent in English and Mandarin; 2. College degree or above in secretary, administration, English or other related; 3. 3+ years secretary experience; 4. Good computer skill, be familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; 5. Ability to efficiently and independently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and coordination under pressure. 6. Strong organizational skill and ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail; 7. Strong problem-solving and networking skills; 8. High sense of responsibility, self-starter, mature with positive and can-do attitude; 9. Ability to deal with confidential information; 10. Good personality, proactive and team worker.
