In your new role you will::
61Lead the project management for CMOS and embedded non-volatile memory technology development and transfer.
61Collaborate with Product Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, internal Infineon division and silicon foundries partners to make swift and effective decisions related to process changes and foundries event
61Conduct regular assessments of the CMOS and eNVM (e.g. embedded flash, RRAM) technology processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance yield and quality.
61Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
61Min bachelor’s degree / master’s in electronic engineering/ physics/Material Science or similar discipline

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
61BA or MA in EE, Physics or similar
61Min 5-10 years as project manager in CMOS and eNVM technology development projects
61In-depth knowledge in process integration and project management experience preferably in CMOS and eNVM technology (e.g. 28nm and 40nm) in foundries environment
61Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
61Proven experience in driving fast decision-making processes, particularly in the context of Product Change Review Boards and Material Review Boards.
61Excellent English communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders globally
61Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed recommendations for process enhancements.
