· Collect customer needs and produce trend analysis for management. · Analyze customer needs and provide solution, manage and track opportunity for revenue achievement. · Benchmark against best practices, implement local and global initiatives, and ensure alignment with Siemens standards. Implement business strategy towards BD team & target customer for business success. · Cooperate with Business Development, Product Management and Project Management teams in matters of strategic portfolio positioning. · Analysis the market trend and the related policy, develop market and customer-oriented service marketing strategies, offerings, communication methods. · Well-known regional marketing and customer demands and make a marketing activity proposal in region. Work experience 任职要求
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Marketing, Business administration etc. · Related premium working experience in Siemens or affiliate company. · Preferred Medium/low voltage product/solution business experience in Siemens or peers’ company. · Solid understanding of China Electrical Products sector and its market drivers · Good communication and presentation skills, clear logical thinking and growth mind. · Team player, customer and result oriented. · Good data sense, experienced with data analysis tool and methodology. · Proficiency English language skills, including reading and speaking.
