Responsibilities Compliance: To make sure that daily operation of BISPL is in accordance with both local government and corporation laws\regulations\standards. - Supervise EHS management for high risk project. - Support EHS team to follow up annual working plan on schedule, which are obliged by compliance requirements. - Support related department to deal with related compliance working. EHS System and Management Improve BISPL EHS program (such as BI Safe ,BI Green , and so on) Ensure global policies and local government EHS requirements are well communicated. - Lead to to organize the EHS related workshop on schedule. - Upgrade EHS related SOP based on China standard on schedule to . - Lead the BISPL site EHS CAPA management. - Work as EHS LOS administrator. - Carry out Risk management such as change control management and potential risk analysis. - Lead EHS management system in the plant(ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 & safety standardization). EHS Culture - Conduct EHS activities on schedule such as Be safe/Be green/Be health(ergo)(eg, Evacuation drills,Fire extinguisher practice,ERT Work Shop,EHS&S carnival etc.) - Develop and deliver EHS annual training (eg, EHS&S orientation for the new employee, annual EHS&S topic training, e-learning,EHS&S SOP training, ad-hoc EHS training etc. - Support related department to enhance the EHS culture. EHS routine operation: - Lead site fire safety management system operation. - Support special equipment management such as forklift and pressure vessel etc. - Permit to work and contractor management such as high work, hot work, confined space work etc. - EHS consulting and evacuation such PPE evacuation etc. - Organize EHS&S inspection and regularly EHS&S internal audit. - Responsible for chemical management - Responsible for government system data and alarm maintai - Provide EHS technical supporting and consulting to related department. Other Task - Continuously assist EHS manager to meet the target of EHS budget. - Support to other BU EHS coordinator in ZJ site about EHS issues. - EHS support to BISPL business activities. - Support Regional EHS program. - Other tasks assigned from EHS manager
Requirements: - University, (Master or Bachelor) - Above 5 years’ experience in EHS&S function. - Experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry, especially in safety engineering. - Knowledge and experience of production equipment used for the manufacture of medicinal products, also regarding work safety, occupational health and environmental protection. - Authority and ability to lead personnel, inter-personal skills and organization skills. - Act proactive/self-dependent, and ability to cope with stress situations. - Skilled in the use of Office Software and Operation System (preferably Microsoft products). - National safety engineer certificate is better.
