Main Responsibilities: 1. Develop new customers in emerging and coating market to expand business 2. Maintain exist customers/OEMs to win market share 3. Manage opportunity pipelines and update sales forecast 4. Identify and follow up new opportunities to win order 5. Develop channel sales, co-work and support distributors to win orders and market share 6. Make regular customer visit, be willing to travel > 50% 7. Report competitor activities and market information 8. Create customer perception of Edwards excellence 9. Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes 10. EHS responsibility: please refer to Document No. ESP05--Structure and Responsibility. 11. Follow up the company strategy to meet sales target 12. Participate and complete sales forecast 13. Accomplish assignment from Line Manager.
Knowledge: 1. Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ sales experience with vacuum background or 5+ years’ sales experience but have technical and applications support background in vacuum industry, semi background is preferred. 2. Rich vacuum knowledge and 5+ years vacuum projects experience Rich vacuum knowledge and be fimilar with vacuum products, such as pump and vacuum valve. 3. Good key account management and good communication skills, relationship management skills, negotiation competence teamwork spirit fast - learner. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, serious and responsible work 5. Fluent in English writing and speaking
