Quality Assurance Supervisor We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Supervisor to take ownership of the QA/QC processes across our various manufacturing sites. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed procedures to optimize our quality control efforts, managing our existing QC technicians, and collaborating closely with both our engineering teams and factories to ensure flawless products are being manufactured. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical infrastructure, power equipment, and modular data centers, and must be confident working on-site in the factory environment. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual with excellent critical thinking and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: ● Developandimplement comprehensive QA/QC processes and procedures for all product lines, with a focus on electrical infrastructure, power equipment, and modular data centers. ● Manageandoverseethe performance of our current QC technicians, ensuring that inspection protocols are followed and improvements are implemented across all factories. ● Workdirectly with manufacturing staff, technicians, and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the entire production cycle, from raw materials to final product assembly. ● Conducton-site inspections and audits at factories, ensuring adherence to established quality standards. ● Provide feedback to the USA-based staff regarding product quality and address any QC-related events or issues. ● Designandestablish QA/QC procedures for any new product lines, ensuring a smooth integration of quality controls into the production process. ● Preparedetailed quality reports and maintain records of inspection results, corrective actions, and procedural updates. ● Trainandmentor QC technicians to maintain consistency and high standards in product inspection across multiple factories. ● Ensurealignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. ● Travel weekly to various manufacturing sites in the Jiangsu region to oversee and inspect ongoing production. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. ● Extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control, particularly in the fields of electrical infrastructure, power equipment, and modular data centers. ● Strong familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality inspection protocols. ● Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proven ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. ● Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to interact effectively with factory workers, engineers, technicians, and management teams in both English and Mandarin. ● Experience in developing, documenting, and enforcing quality procedures and standards. ● Ability and willingness to work in factory settings, with regular travel to different production sites. ● Fluentin English (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate effectively with USA-based teams.
