Mission/ Position Summary – Purpose and Objectives of the Role Build and develop sales analysis, process and operation management, sales force productivity and capability development related infrastructures, databases, programs. Uplift the whole sales organizations’ execution effectiveness and efficiency to continuously drive performance improvement
Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities Business analysis system development, including infrastructures, systems and databases etc; Provide sales force productivities analysis and solid solutions based on specific company strategies and business needs; Sales force execution effectiveness and efficiency including store segmentation, coverage and call planning, territory and channel optimization and data analysis; Sales reward system development including defining KPIs, incentive plans, commercial competition and programs, with timely review and tracking; Sales performance management including annual & quarterly target setting, performance tracking and measurement system development, achievements and progresses analysis and improvement proposals; Coordinate with other internal important projects to be flawlessly implemented.
Qualifications Experience 5 years’ experience in commercial areas 3-5 years’ business analyze and performance management working experience; People/team management and field sales /KA management/ Trade marketing experience is a plus.
Skills Demonstrated outstanding communication and data analytic skills Good collaboration and coordination skills Good MS Office software techniques is needed (Excel, PPT) Good learning agility and hands on attitude
Education / Qualification / Certification Bachelor or above, prefer major in science and engineering
Language Fluent English in oral and written skills is a must
