Main Responsibilities:
61 Responsible for Plant & AMT Indirect Spend Operation (include but not limit to CAPEX, OPEX(MRO), Services, Logistics & Packaging etc) – Sourcing, Evaluation, Qualification, Negotiation, Contracting, Execution, Supplier Performance Review and Relationship Management.
61 Delivering best procurement value: cost savings, quality, flexibility, governance, and supplier management including supplier audit.
61 Undertake the operational (transactional) procurement activities (requisition, PO creation, invoice query resolution, master data (in conjunction with the systems and process team).
61 Responsible for Procurement of CAPEX related equipment or services based on project schedule and budget.
61 Liaising cross-functionally with a diverse internal community – e.g.: Engineering/Projects, Operations, QSHE, R&D, Businesses, Legal, Finance, HR.
61 Identification of procurement process improvement opportunities (as-is to to-be), and promoting procurement best practice in a multi-site operation across China to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement processes.
61 Communicate with finance department in regular manner, trace the payment status, cooperate with the internal /external audit.
61 Provide regular report to line manager, particularly the weekly and monthly updates, summarize the monthly work through monthly reports.
61 Ensuring Supplier is qualified and compliance to Company Safety and Environmental Policies and all other legal and corporate standards.
61 Carries out work in accordance with company Safety and Environmental Policies and ensure SHE compliance in line with relevant internal SHE regulations and all other legal and corporate standards.
61 Other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
61 Education: Fulltime Bachelors education in Chemical, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management.
61 Experience: Global company working experience, Minimum 3 years experience in Indirect and Capex procurement , Rich experience on cost down driven and project coodination

Knowledge and Skills:
61 Ethic and accountable, willing to take challenges and develop in procurement
61 Good knowledge and practice on indirect procurement process
61 Strong analytical skills and practical experience on cost down driven
61 Transactional procurement experience and SAP experience advantages
61 Demonstrable procurement, finance, accounts experience in a manufacturing environment
61 Commercial acumen and Numerate
61 Good communication & negotiation skills – internal customer focused
61 Good English communication in both oral and written
61 PC proficient in Microsoft Office applications
61 ISO system background
