MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责: 1.Plan annual digital marketing strategy and brand development strategy. 2.Optimize Marketing contents & campaigns across various E-commerce platforms. 3.Manage EC ANP budget allocation & investment, continuously increase ANP spending efficiency, and accountable for ROI. 4.Analyze category/platforms data to identify digital trends, traffic acquisition opportunities and areas for improvement. 5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales/Marketing/Finance, etc.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 任职要求: 1.Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or other disciplines. 2.Min. 10 years’ experience in e-commerce sales, trade marketing experience in FMCG is an advantage. 3.Proficient in e-commerce platforms (JD, Tmall/Taobao, Douyin, PDD, etc.) , solid knowledge on EC traffic investment & operation; 4.Sensitive to data, strong data analysis ability. 5.Proactive, organized and detail-minded, able to work independently under pressure within tight deadlines. 6.A good team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills 7.Fluency in English a must. 8.Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes.
