Since our inception in 1995, we have been dedicated to the production of high-performance circuit protection devices, catering to the evolving needs of the market. MissionThis position is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the factory, including finance, supply chain, procurement, and IT functions, accountable for strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to achieve strategic and business goals in collaboration with the technical partner. You will lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with other technical departments to drive commercial efficiency and support the overall business objectives. What are my responsibilities? * Be responsible for all commercial activities of SCPS manufacturing to realize the strategic and business goals together with the technical partner * Sets and defines finance strategy, policies and guidelines, and governs the financial management of SCPS * Follows Siemens 4 eyes principle, responsible for P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and optimal allocation of resources of SCPS * Responsible for adherence to all internal and external financial and reporting rules (tax, local authorities), implements corporate policies, procedures, quality standards and international audit requirements * Directs planning and reporting cycles of SCPS, including risk management, protection of company assets, application of control procedures, and financial planning and reporting within stated guidelines and policies * Partners directly with the technical partner to drive financial performance against very challenging targets * Applies advanced analytical techniques which are necessary to gain greater insight and perspective on most complex problems * Drives digitalization to improve commercial process efficiency and support business development * Leads strong team of professionals, responsible for the development of the team and organization setup according to requirement of the business development * Fulfill tasks/targets assigned by superiors What do I need to qualify for this job? * Bachelor or above degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related * At least 10+ years of experience in finance roles, especially in manufacturing environment * Strong leadership in leading large diverse teams in different businesses (at least 5 years in a leadership role). Proven leadership and team management skills. * Profound knowledge in commercial controlling and processes, and applicable tax laws and regulations * End to end understanding along value chain including quotation, order and offer, manufacturing to delivery, claim management * Expert in IFRS and Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (SFRGs) * High sense of ownership and intrapreneurship * Strategic thinking, advanced analytical skills and systematic problem-solving skill, strong sense of key control/risk points * Highly effective networking, collaboration, and communication skills * Strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe * Business acumen * Business fluent command of English
