Job Description

We’re looking for a senior project manager to join our PMO team in Shanghai.

What you'll do:

CUSTOMER
61Manages stakeholders (business leaders, functional leaders, project office manager) towards successful delivery of projects
61Represents the project team in the business and provides regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
FINANCIAL
61Ensures I2M offer development projects meet agreed targets as outlined in business case
PEOPLE
61Leads multidisciplinary I2M project teams, involving: Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and Marketing
61team leader for PMO luminaires, including manages team competence, motivation.
Program management Part of team to define the portfolio roadmap which can maximize business benefit, and secure the commitment in program(Roadmap, transition, New product launch and simplification). –Monitor and timely report program status and look for opportunities.–Synchronize project management WOW within business(cross regions)
Project Management Responsible for overall PMO team of Luminaire, execution within the agreed boundaries (timing, budget, ..)Executes offer development projects in the business. Prepares and executes comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets. Reports on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money. Manages the business case, acts as business partner focusing on maximizing the added value for the business.

You are expected to have:

An experienced innovator with good track record in project management area and people management experiences, seeking challenges tasks and impactful roles in lighting industry
Bachelor or Master degree in engineering w/ more than 10 years experience
Strong technical background and rich product development experiences
5 years + people lead and management experience with strong cross functional cooperation under international environments
Business driven, innovative, w/ learning capabilities
Good communication and influential skill in English
