Job responsibilities：
1. Translate all commercial material and landing pages from Spanish to Mandarin
2. Open and manage Tally profiles on WeChat - WeCom and other similar social media.
3. Collaborate with the Mercado Libre China team to serve leads that want to expand to Mexico.
4. Be the contact of the entire customer journey of Chinese customers from the moment having the lead until they start operations in Mexico.
5. Attend exhibition fairs.
6. Other tasks assigned by Mexico office.
7.Must get digital marketing providers and other providers needed.
8.Make cold calls and meetings with potential customers.
9.Other requirements:Assist in case management and administrative tasks.
Job requirements:
1. 2+ years in a customer service or commercial role.
2. fluent in Spanish, English and Mandarin to facilitate communication in a multicultural environment.
3. Look for candidates with experience in your industry, especially have worked in international settings or with Spanish-speaking clients.
