Responsibilities:
Global RFQ/regular rate card/spot quote support on daily basis, mainly involved Air and Ocean trans-mode, as a APAC regional pricing role.
Analyze RFQ opportunities based on data analysis skill and share the result to pricing leaders.
Support APAC product leader and pricing managers to prepare for pricing proposal and solutions.
Submit responsible pricing files before given deadline
Filing RFQ and pricing records
Work with branch offices and agents to negotiate the competitive cost
Conduct conference call to communicate with oversea Pricing Management teams to align the pricing strategy
Execute the implementation of awarded RFQ/business with branch offices and ensure service requirements are complied
Responsible for positive support to pricing managers for other assigned tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5~8-year experience in freight forwarding, 3-year experience for global RFQ.
Excellent excel skill for data analysis
Good communication skill
Good written and spoken English skills
Positive teamwork spirit
